Many reasons are put forward by the hospital to make poor people only thrown from one hospital to another hospital.
Or they don't get the maximum services. Whereas in accordance with Law No. 44 year 2009, hospitals are institutions that carry out health services in a plenary session of individual health services that provide inpatient services, outpatient and emergency department.
Therefore, every person without distinction of race, class, religion and socioeconomic status are entitled to get a maximum of good health care from state-owned hospitals or private. Appropriate the pro people health services issued by the Minister of Health, in order not to discredit the patient.

To get health care, the government issued a program for poor patients through Gakin (Poor Family), SKTM (Certificate of Disadvantaged), JAMKESNAS (Community Health Insurance) and Jamkesda (Regional Health Insurance).
This was revealed in a themed Prizer Journalist Class Pro People's Health Services that was held in last Wednesday (8/25) with speakers are . Dr. Radjab Chairul Nasution, SpPD, President Director of Fatmawati Hospital Dr. Abidinsyah Siregar, and the Secretary-General Inspectorate of the Ministry of Health. At least 50 invited guests attended the Class Journalist Prizer closed with breaking the fast together.
According to Dr. Radjab Chairul Nasution, the hospitals are not providing health care to the poor in the absence of data or identity, demonstrating that the person is poor. The data show the poor is the Certificate of Disadvantaged (SKTM) issued by Public Health Service.
Meanwhile, when a poor person without SKTM remain hospitalized, the hospital will inevitably have to spend money on maintenance. And spending has continued until the patient is cured and returns home. While all forms of money issued by the hospital should be accountable to the government.
"All forms of financial expenditure and accountable to the government because of the audit board and BPKP," Chairul Radjab Nasution said.

"Many NGOs that wander around offering help in to take care SKTM by asking for administrative costs," he explained.
Establish Task Force
To anticipate the poor who are being treated in hospital but does not yet have SKTM, currently Fatmawati Hospital formed a task force. The task force should go directly to poor people. After that the data will be returned to the party for cross-checked to RT / RW.
Data could prove whether people treated in the Fatmawati is really poor or not, so they have the right to get health services optimally. Establishment of task force also held accountable for any form of finance which has issued by the hospital.
"Fatmawati Hospital never refuse any patients," he explained.
At least 11 persons of poor people are treated in the hospital per month. The hospital even has provided 55% of Class III treatment rooms and provides 700 beds.
