Actually, we need to sacrifice to receive goodness. In terms of health for example. A lot of things should be sacrificed to be healthy. Not just money, time and effort, but also seriousness in restraint. Exercise, healthy food, and discipline in activities and diet. But above of all, the most important is our willingness to comply with regulations stipulated by the Lord and be proven truthful by His apostles - such as the owner of the goods comply with the manual book.

In the case of early morning wake up for instance, night prayer and bathe before dawn. Health experts said that the last third of the night air was rich with oxygen and not yet polluted by other substances, so it is very useful for optimizing the body's metabolism. This is clearly a great effect on the vitality of someone in their activity during the day full.

Follow what has been done by Rasulullah SAW, He was always have fresh air intake every morning. He woke before dawn and conducting night prayer. Usually people who start life in the morning to wake up at dawn, going through the day with enthusiasm and optimism. Unlike the people who did not wake up at dawn the day, usually more prone to feeling lazy to move. Don't believe me it? Then you have to prove it.

To maintain the health of the mouth and teeth, in the morning, Rasulullah SAW was using siwak regularly. Well, then siwak is clinically prove to contain flour which is very useful in maintaining healthy teeth and gums. Because the mouth and teeth is an organ that plays an important role in determining the quality of food consumed. If there are problems in mouth and teeth, it usually the beginning of the disturbed digestion process. Therefore, the food intake to the stomach has not been well digested - which will make the hull must work harder to digest it, the consequences of the process of digestion in the stomach becomes less than perfect as well.

Rasulullah SAW started his breakfast menu with cold water mixed with honey. In the Quran, honey is a syifaa (drug) that is expressed with isim nakiroh, showing common sense and thorough. Basically, honey can be a cure for various diseases. Honey serves to cleanse the stomach, intestine-intestine activate and cure constipation, hemorrhoids, burns, and inflammation.

By noon, the Prophet SAW used to eat a seven-point palm ajwa (cooked) as well as preparing breakfast and falsifies the stomach for lunch. He once said, "He who eats seven grains of dates will be protected from the of Prophet at a murder trial at the war of Khaybar, the poison ingested by him and then neutralized by substances contained in the dates. Meanwhile, Bisyir, mother of Al Bara ', one of his friends who come to eat the poison, eventually died. Rasulullah SAW has proven that he survived the seven-point poison because he was usually consumed dates.

By late afternoon, the Messenger menu is usually a vinegar and olive oil. Of course not only vinegar and olive oil, but consumed with staple foods like bread. And it is definitely not a synthetic vinegar. Maybe vinegar dates, which is efficacious as a medicine, and is a food native Arabian Peninsula. Mix vinegar with olive oil, it benefits so many, among them is to prevent weak bones, dementia, constipation launched, destroying cholesterol, and digestion.

IstimewaIstimewaAt night, the main dinner of Prophet are vegetables. Because in general, vegetables contain substances and the same functions with other food ingredients, which strengthens the immune system and protect it from disease attack. So, actually we've given an example of this for a long time - but we prefer to follow the will of its own in terms of eating.

IstimewaIstimewaAfter dinner the Prophet SAW did not go straight to bed. His first move so that the food consumed into the stomach quickly and easily digested. How, for example by praying. Rasulullah SAW said: "Melt your food with the dhikr of Allah and pray, and don;t fall asleep right after eating, because it can make your hearts became hardened."

So, when we are sick one day, hopefully we become ever remember what we put into our stomachs. So that we know, whether it be food or even our life-support disease?
