Wish to have an exciting day? Start your day with five good habits daily. Your bad mood will run away and you will always have good spirit to chase your dream.

This is what we frequently call it by 'ensemble the spirit' or relaxing. Do streching movements like stretching your fingers, wrists or legs. Inhaled oxygen as much as you can. These movements accelerates your blood circulation.

Make a habit of drinking water before you eat, this can reduce the sense of dehydration after you sleep at night. Dehydration inhibits metabolism. According to the Obesity journal, water is not only fulfill the cells needs to work better but also helps remove fat.

Have a containing protein breakfast.
Breakfast will reduce your required calories daily since the half of intake calorie set aside for the morning. Breakfast makes you think better and able to concentrate more. So, make your self familiarized in consuming protein in proper serving. Stuffed will make you feel sleepy.

Maintain blood circulation
Get used to mild exercise in the morning, Sport in the morning is also a good way to ensure your body is ready carrying out activities throughout your busy day. So familiarize yourself to exercise every morning.

Drink a cup of coffee
Apart from the health advise that coffee contains of addictive substance, yet many says that coffee will stimulate concentration and helps you to work better. However, don't drink excessive coffee, because it will make your heart beat faster.
