Some students enroll in regular or public school, others enroll in private schools.

For parents who send their children in qualified elementary schools, basically don't have to concern much about the improvements of hygienic food in the school, because all meals are usually prepared by the school and they are responsible in terms of the quality. But certainly not all parents can send children in such a place.

Nevertheless, as a parent you don't need to worry. Provided that you notice a few things to keep your precious little ones healthy, surely their health will remain best.

1. Give Sufficient Beverages
Never let your children buy drinks at school. Especially for the kind of beverage syrup, or soft drinks that were given a coloring mixture. Typically, a striking color makes children tempted to immediately buy the product. In this case, a mother or father should pay extra attention by giving the sense that such drinks are not healthy and could make them sick. Therefore, prepare a bottle of mineral water packed in his bag everyday. When the children like water syrup, tell them that they can drink it at home after school. Providing water beverage syrup to the school for the children should be avoided by you; this is to prevent them from eating much sugar.

Sometimes your children feel bored when you make the same menu everyday. That is, no wonder they choose to buy snacks outside. Thus, creativity from a mother is highly needed, to create unique foods to attract their attention.

3. Limit Yourself in Giving Allowances
By providing excessive allowance, you will encourage your children to be consumptive. They will feel that they have the ability to buy whatever they want though harmful to health. Therefore, we recommend you to limit the allowance, so they can only buy the things they really need.

4. Give Your Children Sufficient Vitamins
Intensive activity that your children have might decrease their body resistance. Especially in the case of after school activities, where they still have to follow a set course or other extracurricular programs. Thus, it is very important to provide extra vitamins to strengthen their body stamina.

5. Explain the Dangers of Buying Snacks Indiscriminately
Children today often can not simply accept the restrictions placed by their parents. That is why it is necessary to provide sufficient explanations that they can understand, why they are prohibited from buying food or snacks at random. The simple explanation, or illustration should also be given with concrete examples such as many news on TV that show children get diarrhea from performing such things; your children will then understand and eventually want to avoid the matter for themselves.
