BEING BUSY does not mean you cannot stay fit. With all the busyness and the limited time, at least you can take the time to exercise. Otherwise, your health can be impaired and the activity can be disrupted.

Actually, there is an easy way to restore the fitness of the body in a narrow time. Just do the following four things for five minutes. With these activities, your body will feel more fit in a short time.

Walking

Sore in the back and waist will definitely occur if you sit in a long time. The simplest way to eliminate them is by walking. Simply choose a lunch spot some distance away from your office so you can walk longer. Walking makes your body will feel more fit, because your blood flows more smoothly.

Bathing with Cold Water

When bathing at home, do not use warm water, try to bathe with cold water. By flushing the body using cold water, your brain will quickly receive a message to release the serotonin hormone. This is a hormone that can lower stress levels and make you feel better, physically and mentally.

Dancing with your favorite songs in your room

Play stomping music in the room. You can listen to the song We Found Love by Rihanna, or On the Floor by Jennifer Lopez. Then move the body as you please, make this activity a little bit 'crazy' and fun. This way, without you knowing it, could help keeping the cardiovascular system in the body. Including keeping your bones strong and reduce the risk of osteoporosis. So, shake your body!

Stretching up

If the body is accustomed to just a few positions every day, such as sitting or standing, you may experience a tightness in the muscle and joint pain. Lack of movement can also make your emotion to be more easily provoked. Instead, do the stretching up every one hour. Turn your head and shoulders, then pull your hands and feet. Do the light stretching movements for five minutes, and feel the difference. (From various sources) (ms)
