Recently, the director of the NCSoft Korea, Lee Jae Seong, presented a speech at the event 2011 Game Market Outlook Seminar and revealed that the game Blade & Soul will be entering the Open Beta phase this year.
According to Lee Jae Seong, this MMORPG game will lead the online gaming market in South Korea this year, such as the game TERA that have entered the commercial publishing. Meanwhile, the game Arche Age also will soon be playable even if the open beta phase is still not confirmed yet for the exact date. The game Blade & Soul is expected to attract the attention of many gamers when it entered the open beta stage this year.
NCSoft had once announced that they will launch the open beta phase of Blade & Soul in the year 2010, which later on been delayed. Then, the trial version of Blade & Soul was also displayed at the event Gstar 2010. Last December, the level 40 content of Blade & Soul was announced to public through Soul Party Test held in Busan, which was a proof of just how smooth the development of this game has been. But, still, the closed beta stage of the game is yet to be announced.
This time, several insiders at the company said that the game Blade & Soul is soon to enter the open-beta stage this year. With this information, it can be predicted that this game will enter the phase in the range of the third or fourth quarter of 2011. So, let's wait for it then! **MS
