Having a slim body is anyone's desire both women and men, proving that the person is excellent health. A slim body allows us doing many activities and wearing whatever clothes.

In addition, having a slim body is also pleasing. Because we will feel more confident to walk together with our partner. Well, there are a few tips should to make slim body into reality.

* First of all we have determined to maintain a slim body and work towards it. This can be done by developing a mindset for the body to be slim.

* Set realistic goals. Make lifestyle changes such as stopping drinking alcohol, smoking, avoid fatty foods and fast food.

* Include fresh food because processed foods tend to contain high levels of salt and sugar.

* Do not expect immediate results because to get a slim body takes time, so it takes patience.

* Never go to the gym in hopes of quick slim diet, because losing weight takes time gradually.

* Never skip meals, because you tend to eat more at the next meal. Do not skip breakfast in particular. So-so, but must be arranged properly.

* Never snacking because it can make less at mealtimes, but frequency is more frequent.

* Drink warm lemon juice mixed with honey in the morning.

* Drink skim milk.

* Wherever possible avoid weight-loss supplement.

* If you have a desire to chew gum, take fruit instead.

* If you have a desire for certain foods like chocolate or ice cream, take in small quantities only.

* Pick fruits and vegetables that have a lot of water content like watermelon, cucumber and white pumpkins.

* Keep away from feeling tired to move.

* Drink plenty of water, at least 8 glasses per day.

* Use the stairs rather than elevators. Car parking some distance away and walk to the office. Use every opportunity for physical exercise.

* Do as much walking as possible. Walk at least 5 days a week.

* Aerobic exercise such as jogging, swimming, cycling, walking speed weight loss. Consult a physician before starting a weight loss program. Aerobic exercise combined with healthy foods will help in weight loss.

* Keep away from stress.

* Finally, weight loss is a slow process, so do not easily frustrated and give up.
