Loving the Beatles from various angles, making the Indo Beatlemania Club an 'incarnation' of this legendary British band...

You must be remember the legendary band from Liverpool, which founded in 1960 by John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr. They are so famous across Great Britain as they the press launched the 'Beatlemania' in 1963 as a name for the fans.

Moreover, The Beatles also succeed in all over the world. In Indonesia, the fans of this group founded a community, Indo Beatlemania Club (IBC). Today, members of the community reached to 2-3 million ranging from 15 to 75 years of age. The community that was formed in 27th April 2004 has members spread in big cities of Indonesia like Alternative Beatles Community (Bandung), Jogja Beatles  Community and Jakarta Beatles Community.

The second president was Agustinus Ochoy which led in 2006-2008. And, the last president is dr. Vinna Nancy Tobing Hutabarat serving from 2009 to 2012.

According to dr.Vinna Nancy Tobing Hutabarat, President of IBC, IBC aims to accommodate and facilitate the activities of enthusiasts, hobbyists, or the Beatles freak nationally. IBC became the gathering place for fans of the Beatles, the dynamic traffic generation from the age of 15-70 years.

"IBC serves foster and develop a love of the works of the Beatles. In addition, also preserve and empower them, "said Dr. Nancy Tobias Vinna Hutabarat to TNOL during Day Tribute To The Beatles' Sgt Pepper's at the University of Indonesia, on Friday (20 / 5).

Dr.Vinna said, there are many reasons why the Indonesian people really love the Beatles. First, enjoying the songs of The Beatles is fun. Second, the Beatles also evoke the spirit of working and learning.

Now, various activities were organized by the IBC to popularize the Beatles, such as The Beatles Day is the day-to-day importance of the Beatles, seminars or discussions and road shows to a number of areas which became the hangout in various cities. The Beatles FreakOf the many musical groups dropout IBC, there is one band that is really just copied the Beatles that G-Pluck. G-Pluck is a band that was really just copied the Beatles better than left-handed like McCartney bassistnya vocalist style similar to John Lennon. Even the G-Pluck was ever sent from Indonesia to the event "Beatles Week Festival in Liverpool, England by setting aside the participants from Japan and the Philippines.
