This vehicle is actually not much different from a bike, because it has wheels, a handlebar and brakes. Only, Trikke has no seat and pedals to paddle.

This vehicle was first discovered in Brazil, and has now spread to Indonesia. Even the community of fans have already been formed here in Indonesia. They joined in a community called the Trikke Community Indonesia.

Adnan Tanjung and his Trikke.."Trikke is basically like a bicycle, only there is no seat and paddle," says the coordinator of Trikke Community Indonesia, Adnan Tanjung to TNOL after their attractions in the birthday of Dahsyat of RCTI, on Wednesday (4/6).

In action...Adnan said, Trikke in Indonesia was brought by Edwargo Setjadiningrat about five months ago. Edwargo too, began to recruit among the closest of family members and friends to become members of the community.

Then they gathered as many as 10 members of the Trikke Community Indonesia. They often play every Sunday morning at the roundabout of Hotel Indonesia (HI) and around the National Monument Monas, Ind.).

Because they often play around the area, have made some people interested in joining the community. Their members had grown to 50 people now. They come from all around Jakarta. If totaled with members in all major cities, there will be hundreds of them. They come from various backgrounds, both adults, youngsters and children as well.

Cool actions with Trikke...During their foundation, the community often enliven a variety of events. Such as, on some music programs. Well, last Wednesday one of them was asked by a private television to perform. They then sent their seven members to the event. Of course, to show various kinds of tricks for entertaining the audience, such as attractions of jumping over people who laid down on the street.

Their appearance at the Dahsyat show was for the second time. No doubt, the Trikke community got acclaims from the audience. Adnan said, the Trikke is great for kids because the operation uses the entire body so that children can become active, as benefits for other generations. Trikke itself can be operated manually or automatically.
