Unfortunately, the success of this USA band had not long lasted. They decided to 'break up the road' in 1994. Even so, they still have rabid fans in several countries.

Thier fans often interact through cyberspace forum. Of the many fans, there are many who come from Indonesia. Well, these Indonesian fans then assembled into one and call themselves as NKOTB Indonesia.

Always gather in forums..."We met at a forum, eventually there are many fans from Indonesia, so we decided to make NKOTB Indonesia on September 2008. In that year also, NKOTB had their reunion after 1994," said a member of NKOTB Indonesia, Harri Baskoro A or usually called Buzzy, to TNOL in FX Senayan, Thursday (2/17).

Keeping up the interactions...According to Buzzy, the NKOTB reunion had many acclaims from fanatical fans, including in Indonesia. NKOTB also took out albums and held concerts in several places. "The NKOTB band still keeps going on, even in the upcoming June they will have a concert," said Buzzy.

According to plan, said Buzzy, last year NKOTB actually planned to perform in Australia. Because of something, NKOTB cancelled the concert. Looking ahead, Buzzy hoped that NKOTB would perform in Indonesia for old time's sake. NKOTB Indonesia fans itself has hundreds of members. On average, they have grown up and become mothers.

Having fun when meeting each other../ doc. NKOTBWhile for the young members, there are only partially. They spread out in Jakarta, Medan, Bali, Semarang, Surabaya, Sudan, Canada, the United States and Singapore.

For nearly two years formed, they hav hade activities like frequent gatherings at the food court around Senayan and had fun doing karaoke singing NKOTB songs.

Uniquely, all this time this community of NKOTB lovers has no management board nor chairman, vice chairman and secretariat. They just do the activities by will. For instance, fellow members will inform each other if they want to have a gathering. They usually have a gathering each month.

NKOTB Indonesia frequently have gatherings..."We don't have any organization because we don't not want to be bound. Even without an organization, we can still go on and organized because the info can be spread through the FB and twitter," said Buzzy.

In addition, they also have high solidarity. If any member of NKOTB are sick or giving birth, they will have a visit to the matter.
