Scene and festive atmosphere were happened in Outing Business Jack's Outgame season I, which lasted for two days ie Friday - Saturday (10/16). Fifteen participants were participated the event representing various companies like PTPN VIII, entrepreneur, professionals, and media.

Jack's Outgame indeed follow the outbound concept, but it more emphasizing on fun, education, competition, and strategy; and it's different with outbound, which highlighting physical strength.
Jack's Outgame is an alternative to self-improvement. Hopefully participants will be wiser and be more careful in making decision.
"By participating in Jack's Outgame, decision makers will deeply thinking before making any decision. So the decision will has no risk but instead improve the results," he said.

That money should be developed in the arena and at the end of the session, the money must be returned to the committee. The final amount of investment value obtained from each participant will be adjusted to the number of shares of each member.
Three games
There are three games in Jack's Outgame that was held over two days, ie, Jack's Milyader, Sales Force and Marketing Champion. Jack's Milyader is an asset management simulation game and the determination of all decisions to buy and sell assets to another party.
This gameplay will end when Mr. Jack went bankrupt and each business group to calculate how much money he earned results. Teamwork and discussion among participants is highly required in determining decision steps in three business steps such as Investment, Business Deal or Take a Risk.
The second game was the Sales Force, relying more on participant's emotion in determining any decision to increase the value of the rupiah in each group. Luck factor became a crucial thing in this second game, because each group will compete for consumer spending more than Rp10 billion.
Every step of transaction should be carefully considered In addition, each group also must complete 12 Product Spots available in each group to choose and decide two sales strategies that is Push (consumer side) and Pull (company side). Completion of 12 product spots must also be fast and lead the other group.
The game ends when one of the four business groups filled the 12 product spots comprise of Fashion Product, Cosmetic, Family Car, Product Education, Computer, Mobile Phone, Daily Food, Health Supplement, Property, Furniture, Home Electronic and Insurance. The winner will receive get consumer shop bonus worth for Rp2 billion.
While the third game was the Marketing Champion. The game is emphasizing the intellectual understanding and thinking intelligence that leads to the theory and marketing strategy. There are two goals of achievements within the game, which are the highest acquisition of Market Share, compared to other groups and efficiency in the processing of Marketing Budget.
The game required multiple intelligence in making decision
The calculation of market share measured by total percentage of results obtained at the end of the game. While the marketing budget calculation is measured by the number of chips obtained at the end of the game. One chip is equivalent to Rp 10 million.
The game ends when all the Marketing Action Card which amounted to 80 cards in a business group has been exhausted. The group with the highest market share will get a bonus reward of Rp2 billion from Mr. Jack.
