Shout Allahu Akbar [God is the Greatest] continues to echo in the Health Unit Room of SMAN 3 [3 Public High School] Jakarta. What was going on? The shout heard over and over from the mouth of ten years boy, M. Rizky.

He shouted as he participated in mass circumcision held by 386 [ alumni of SMAN 3 class of '86] in commemorating their silver anniversary. Rizky is one of the foster children at Aisyiyah Setiabudi Orphanage. He's the last participant of this mass circumcision.

He tried to avoid for several times, and also playing for time by talked to doctors and people who accompanied him. At the end, he still refused to be circumcised. Some of alumni of 386 tried to persuade him. It was not only Rizky, some of children did the same way. The coordinator of 25 years of 386 reunion managed to lend a hand to persuade the children.

Most of them are affraid to be circumcised as they heard the screaming of other participants. "Rizky is actually a silent boy, but he's affraid once he heard shouts from other boys," Yusuf Ismail said to TNOL at SMAN 3, Wednesday (6/29).

This mass circumcision held by the alumni of SMAN 3 class of 1986 to commemorate the 25 years of their high school graduation. They collaborated with the local government to obtain data of children who live close to the school area. At least 40 of children participated at the mass circumcision done by 4 doctors of a Circumcision House in Cipinang area. They underwent circumcision using a laser system.

Prior to the circumcision time, the children were showed a kids movie, Cars,  in the audiovisual room of SMAN 3. In addition to circumcision, the commitee also handed over some money and a school bag completed with the school supplies for each boy.

The committee get the fund from fellow alumnus. Understandably, they are now working in different fields like engineer, lawyer, doctor, army, entrepreneur and others. They also provided at least 4 shuttle cars for the children.

A series of event

In addition to mass circumcision, 386 also held other social events, like blood donation held on last April, and Go Green in last May. They will also hold out bond event means as alumni consolidation on next July 24. As the peak of event they will also hold a night of appreciation event on November. "We will hold the event in 11 theme, but we don't know yet when exactly it will be," Nandang said. In the future, he hopes 386 could help the fellows alumni.
